Uniwalk Center saw $4 million USD in sales and over 250,000 visitors for their New Year’s Day celebration.
#2 Yitian Holiday Plaza – annual sales $476 million USD (3.2 billion RMB)

Laguarda.Low’s design features a series of stacked, column-free serpentine balconies, interrupted only by a center court and diagonal bridges, promoting a highly interactive and dynamic shopping experience. The entire length of the mall is lit by indirect natural daylight. The lowest retail level of the mall connects to the subway, a convenience for local shoppers as well as for tourists visiting the nearby theme parks.
According to the internal data of Yitian Group Co., Ltd., 2018 retail sales for Yitian Holiday Plaza amounted to equivalent of $476 million USD, along with annual traffic of more than 26 million visitors. Both the annual retail sales and mall traffic have increased significantly by 9.6% and 3.25% respectively.
#6 KK MALL – annual sales $302 million USD (2.03 billion RMB)
KK Mall, part of a 440 meter tower development in Shenzhen, is a vital luxury retail player
Opened in 2010, this 80,000 sqm mall uses a modern ambience to appeal to a growing young customer base, and features over 150 high-end international fashion brands, as well as upscale restaurants, and Shenzhen’s first IMAX theater.

Annual traffic tracked 26 million people (including a successful meet-and-greet with Manchester soccer players, which attracted 2,000 people within the hour).
