The much anticipated Hongshan 6979 designed by Laguarda.Low Architects celebrated its grand opening on June 24th, 2020.

Located in the heart of Shenzhen, Honghsan 6979 merges the public and the private in a new paradigm for transit-oriented development. The project seamlessly combines various sectors, featuring iconic entertainment and retail, offices, hotel, dining, cinema, and ample open space.

The design concept presents a central axis and sunken greenscape with the program divided into four quadrants. Through this clever arrangement each quadrant is a unique zone, though the overall development retains a unifying design language.
