Laguarda.Low was featured in Polis Magazine, a quarterly German publication covering trends in real estate and urban planning. The article focuses on the firm’s Jining Master Plan project, a nearly 3 million square-foot retail complex which comprises four office towers, a residential tower, and street-level retail. Meeting the challenge of existing in harmony with the district’s Cultural Facilities, the master plan established a natural flow with the established buildings through landscaping and a design approach employing a unified architectural language.
