Prishtina Mall has entered the home stretch of its construction phase. As spring endures, hard and soft-scaped landscaping around the mall is turning the previously barren site into a shopper’s paradise. With construction on the exterior nearing completion, construction on the interior is now in full swing with ceilings, floors and bulkheads well underway. Retailers of all shapes and sizes have started their fit-outs and are preparing for a fall opening.

We are working closely with the development team to fine tune all major public spaces with fountain and landscaped amenities as well as furniture selection throughout. At the western Entry Atrium, the grand stair leading up into the mall proper is being readied beneath the dynamic glass and glulam wood enclosure. The elliptical wood skylight over the Fashion Court is complete and the curvilinear stair below it is soon to be clad.

The third floor is taking shape with work at the Cinema and Entertainment Zone well underway. The Food Court, with its commanding views to the farmland and eastern mountains beyond, is being fitted out with planters and paving and ceiling treatments that will make it one of the most attractive dining options in the region.
