Designed by Laguarda Low Architects, OCT OH BAY revolutionizes the definition of ‘park,’ fully integrating the natural habitat with an urban intrusion. This new high-quality life-style center creates a place to live, work, and play within a cutting-edge technology that includes numerous sustainable green energy systems. Public gathering space in all forms – plazas, promenades, bosques, and lawns – are seamlessly integrated throughout.

Founded in Paris, France, the capital of art, DNA Paris Design Awards is an accolade honoring the work of international architects and designers, who improve our daily lives through practical, beautiful, and innovative design. All submissions are evaluated by an expert jury of design luminaries. The jury committee is comprised of designers, editors and creatives who are devoted to true excellence in design. The 2022 Awards Ceremony will be held in Paris at the end of September 2022.
