The Kingkey Dawei Complex in Shenzhen is progressing steadily. The curtain walls on Parcel 11 is in the middle of installation while those on Parcels 10 and 12 are nearing completion. The installation of three-dimensional metal panels and the folded glass façade has recently begun on site. Construction of the connecting bridge and skylight will soon follow.

When completed, the Kingkey Dawei Complex will reveal a human-scale mixed-use project with a centralized commercial and retail offer. Spanning between several neighborhoods, a second level bridge system vertically separates the overall pedestrian flow from vehicular traffic, providing a slower pace above the fast-paced city streets of Shenzhen. Streamlined paths connecting all blocks allow visitors to shop and wander both indoors and outdoors. Rooftop gardens and viewing platforms at various heights offer open-air spaces and activity zones for tower residents above and consumers below.
