Developed by the OCT Group, OCT JOYHOO Nanchang is a new mixed-use project that exemplifies the "Urban Micro-Vacation" as its concept. The waterfront development accurately meets the needs of urban people and their quest to enjoy life, entertainment, shopping, and dining. The Retail Center and Village of OCT JOYHOO is designed by Laguarda.Low Architects in collaboration with Terrain Studio, an international landscape architecture practice.
This lakeside cultural and tourist resort, recognized as a national 4A-level tourist attraction, was collaboratively designed by the internationally renowned firms Laguarda.Low Architects (LLA) and landscape architects Terrain Studio. Together, they’ve created an exciting new leisure and cultural destination in Nanchang's aquatic city of 8 hectares and an investment exceeding 1.5 billion RMB. The retail component of the center consists of four above-ground levels and one below-ground level, encompassing approximately 137,000 square meters of GBA.
