Uniwalk Center was a finalist for the 2019 ICSC / CABEP RECon China Awards program celebrating design in new retail developments. The five-story retail addition uses abundant natural light through an expansive, mall-long skylight and dynamic circulation patterns to create a retail destination and dramatic exhibition venue.

Designed as an urban destination, the center attracted high-end tenants and continues to promote public events, exhibits and community interactions that enrich the city and the district.
