Laguarda.Low’s Grandberry project was featured in a Japanese magazine, Property Management. The Tokyo-sited, transit-focused development in the Machida district is replacing a train station and shopping center with a train depot built to international standards, and a sleek, modern outdoor shopping village. Laguarda.Low’s vision was for Grandberry Center to be a busy urban hub for Machida, combining retail, restaurants, parking, and open spaces for the public.
