The progressive-design-focused online magazine Perspective featured the unveiling of a mixed-use development from Laguarda.Low Architects at OCT Longhua in Shenzhen, China in its October 2016 issue.The 350,000 square-foot program brings to Shenzhen a stunning and complex development which features a central axis and sunken greenscape with performance and exhibition centers at the plaza’s flank. A quadrant-based design integrates Interactive and Technology Districts with retail, office towers, business apartments, and an Entertainment District. Successfully unifying the sprawling development is a common design language.
